I wanted to take the time to bring to your attention my service experience with your company. Over the weekend I had contact your company and a locksmith (Michael Lee) was at our door at the promised time. My parents home had been broken into the night before and everyone was just on pins and needles. Michael Lee has gone above and beyond his call of duty.
Not only did he have our locks re-keyed, he educated us on what was needed to keep my family safe. We had questions out of his expertise, and he was very knowledgeable in these areas, directing us to the right people. He has made our worries go away and we felt safe the next day.
