Upgraded my door lock to an Abloy deadbolt. Michael provided stellar service: prompt, friendly, and took the time to explain the workings of the lock. Everything about the lock replacement was top-notch. Not only am I happy to have gotten rid of the cheap deadbolt I had before (he demonstrated that it could be picked in under 10 seconds… yikes!) but I know who I can trust for any future home security needs.
