I contacted Michael after i locked myself inside out. Within 30 mins, he came into my house, helped me unlocked the door, and repair my door knob without any charge. Due to the fact, he made a promise of 2 years warrantee, and he kept the promise, and kept a nice, chill attitude for the whole time. I highly recommend him

Upgraded my door lock to an Abloy deadbolt. Michael provided stellar service: prompt, friendly, and took the time to explain the workings of the lock. Everything about the lock replacement was top-notch. Not only am I happy to have gotten rid of the cheap deadbolt I had before (he demonstrated that it could be picked in under 10 seconds… yikes!) but I know who I can trust for any future home security needs.
