I contacted Michael after i locked myself inside out. Within 30 mins, he came into my house, helped me unlocked the door, and repair my door knob without any charge. Upgraded my door lock to an Abloy deadbolt. Michael provided stellar service: prompt, friendly, and took the time to explain the workings of the lock.
